Company

Built by practitioners. Not by a pitch deck.

Scrivly was not born in a venture capital brainstorm. It was built by people who saw an architecture problem in legal AI and decided to solve it themselves.

The team

Sam Anderson

Sam Anderson

Engineering

Founder & CEO

Sam designed the entire Scrivly platform: the retrieval architecture, the inference pipeline, the citation verification system, and the hardware deployment model. Multiple patent filings cover the core technology.

Before Scrivly, Sam spent years building enterprise AI systems and saw firsthand how legal teams were being underserved by tools that treated confidentiality as an afterthought. The gap between what attorneys needed and what the market offered was not a feature problem. It was an architecture problem.

Scrivly exists because Sam believed the only way to solve it was to build from the ground up, not to wrap an API and call it legal AI.

Growth

Head of Revenue

Hanish brings seven years of enterprise sales experience from Profit.co, where he managed strategic accounts and helped scale the company’s revenue operations from early stage to mature growth.

His approach to revenue is methodical, not aggressive. He believes that the best way to sell a product is to make sure the product solves a real problem, then put it in front of the people who have that problem. No pressure tactics. No artificial urgency.

At Scrivly, Hanish leads go-to-market strategy, enterprise partnerships, and the consultative sales process that ensures every firm deployment is set up for success.

Why we built this

The legal industry is being offered tools that require attorneys to send privileged client data to third-party cloud infrastructure, accept opaque pricing, and trust that a language model will not fabricate the citations their clients depend on.

We believe there is a better way. Build the AI to run where the data already lives. Make every citation traceable to a source document. Publish the pricing. Remove the seat minimums. Give firms a real choice in how they deploy.

Scrivly is the legal AI company that attorneys actually trust with their clients\u2019 most sensitive work.

What we believe

Architecture over marketing

The way a system is built matters more than the way it is described. We would rather show the architecture than write a tagline about it.

Honesty over persuasion

If our product is not the right fit, we will tell you. Trust is earned by telling the truth.

Access over exclusivity

A solo practitioner deserves the same technology as an Am Law 100 firm. No seat minimums. No enterprise-only features. One platform for everyone.

Your clients' confidentiality is not negotiable. Your AI shouldn't be either.
